Refund policy

Eligibility window

  • Request within 7 calendar days of delivery for DOA (dead-on-arrival) or items that materially differ from the invoice (model/GB/grade).

  • Transit issues (lost/damaged): file a claim within 3 days of delivery date shown by the carrier.

Condition requirements

  • Return in the same condition received: same grade, IMEI/serial labels intact, all accessories/packaging.

  • Must be unlocked from any account (Find My / iCloud / Google FRP OFF).

  • Devices activated, user-locked, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale/clearance, software, accessories sold “as-is”, parts-only, and any unit with customer-caused damage or IMEI mismatch.

RMA process

  1. Email voltzenllc@gmail.com within 7 days with invoice #, IMEIs/serials, photos/video, and issue description.

  2. Wait for RMA approval + return label (or ship-to address). Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  3. We inspect within 3–5 business days of receipt.

    • Resolutions: replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

    • Restocking fee: up to 10% for buyer’s remorse or missing accessories/packaging.

Shipping costs

  • Our mistake/DOA: Voltzen covers return shipping.

  • All other cases: buyer covers shipping.

Packaging

  • Use original packaging or equivalent protection; include all accessories and any printed labels/barcodes for IMEI verification.

Notes

  • Any account lock, password, or IMEI/serial mismatch voids the return.

  • Returns must be received within 10 business days after RMA approval.
