1) Scope & Wholesale nature

  • We sell to business buyers/resellers. We may request business verification and can refuse/cancel orders that don’t meet our criteria.

2) Products & grading

  • Devices may be New or graded (A/B+). Grading describes cosmetic/functional condition and may include non-retail packaging.

  • All devices are function-tested and IMEI-verified unless stated otherwise.

3) Pricing & shipping scope

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Prices do not include carrier shipping. Our pricing covers delivery to your courier/forwarder in the U.S. only.

  • Onward international shipping, duties, taxes, broker/courier fees are paid by the buyer (see Shipping Policy).

4) Orders, verification & cancellations

  • Orders are subject to availability, fraud/risk checks, and payment verification.

  • We may reject/cancel any order (stock, pricing errors, risk, or policy violations).

  • Changes/cancellations are possible before fulfillment starts; not guaranteed once a label is created.

5) Payments & taxes

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout/invoice. Orders ship after payment clears.

  • Buyer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and import fees.

6) Returns & RMAs

  • Returns require prior authorization and must follow our Return & Refund Policy (DOA/Not-as-described window, condition, RMA steps).

7) Risk of loss & delivery

  • Risk transfers to buyer when the carrier scans “Accepted/Delivered to your courier.”

  • Delivery issues must be reported within the timelines in our Shipping Policy.

8) Compliance & prohibited uses

  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, anti-fraud, export controls/sanctions, and device/account lock rules.

  • No misuse, tampering, or unlawful unlocking/IMEI manipulation.

9) Warranties & limitation of liability

  • Except as expressly stated, products are sold “as-is” with the applicable grade.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltzen LLC is not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.

10) Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
