Pricing scope: We do not quote carrier shipping rates. Our prices cover delivery to your courier/forwarder in the U.S. only. The onward international shipping, duties, taxes, and courier service fees are paid by the buyer directly to their courier.

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment/verification. High-value/bulk may require extra verification.

Ship-to-courier instructions:
– Enter your courier’s U.S. address at checkout. In Company, add the courier name and your suite/box (e.g., “XYZ Logistics – Suite 1234”).
– Provide valid phone and email.
– Our responsibility ends when the parcel is scanned “Delivered” to your courier; any loss/damage after intake must be claimed with the courier. We recommend Signature Required and intake photos.

Domestic/International carriers (when applicable): UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL. Transit times shown by carriers are estimates only.

Lost/damaged/“Delivered” not received: Notify carrier and voltzenllc@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery/scan. Keep packaging and provide photos (outer box, label, packing, item). Outcomes depend on carrier investigation/coverage.

Undeliverable/RTS: If returned due to wrong address/failed delivery/refusal, we can reship (buyer pays new shipping) or refund minus original shipping after inspection.

Changes & cancellations: Possible before fulfillment starts; not guaranteed once a label is created.

Tracking: Sent by email; allow 24h for first scans
